Simply avoid placing preserved moss in direct strong airflow (e.g., in front of an air conditioning vent) or extremely high humidity. Beyond that, there is no regular maintenance required.

Production timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the commission. A smaller residential panel may take 2–4 weeks; a large commercial installation can take longer. We will discuss your specific timeline during the consultation and provide an honest estimate before any work begins.

Yes. The preservation process uses food-grade vegetable glycerin — a biodegradable, non-toxic compound. There are no harsh chemical solvents or dyes involved. The preserved moss itself is botanically inert. However, as with any décor item, it is best placed out of reach of very young children and pets who might handle or ingest it.
